CUSTOMER SERVICE PROCEDURE
If you discover an issue within your home that the seller may be responsible to repair, please take the following steps in order:
- Step #1 - Consult your 555 YVR Owner's Manual for helpful tips that may help you resolve the issue.
- Step #2 - If you are unable to resolve the issue through following Step #1, please call Michael Grady at Palisade Builders (650-470-4742) who will discuss and attempt to resolve the issue with you over the phone.
- Step #3 - If you cannot resolve the issue through following Step #2, please complete a Customer Service Request form. Enter the required information, including a description of the issue within your unit. Once you have completed the form, click on "Submit", and the form will be forwarded to the building's contractor, Palisade Builders. Palisade Builders will respond to you as soon as reasonably possible to review this issue with you and if necessary investigate the issue at your residence.
- Step #4 - If repairs are required, they will be scheduled for completion within 30 days of Palisade Builders' receipt of your written request. Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond Palisade Builders' control, this process may take more than 30 days.
- Step #5 - Following completion of the repairs, Palisade Builders will provide you with the original Customer Service Request Form that you will then need to sign confirming that the issue has been resolved.
- Step #6 - Should any emergency requests occur during regular business hours (such as loss of heat/cooling and or water intrusion), Palisade Builders will dispatch someone as quickly as possible. However, if this occurs during the evening or weekend please consult your owner's manual for emergency maintenance services and procedures.
